Shipping & Delivery
Free delivery for limited time only.
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
*The delivery ot islands may take extra 1-4 business days.
We deliver to USA, Canada and all EU countries, you can see the list at the checkout.
We can't deliver to local post stations, collection points etc. Please provide only home or work address.
Unfortunately once the order is shipped, we can't make any changes. So please double check your deliery info before completing your purchase. If you notice some missmatch in your details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 7 working days (depending on the country) for order to arrive. You can also check it with the provided tracking number. If you still haven't recieve it after that, please contact our support - hello@supermug.eu to resolve the issue.
Please keep in mind, our estimated delivery date is just an estimate and not a guarantee. Unfortunatley the shipping times are also out of our control and we are not responsible for packages that take longer than the estimated time frame. Please keep this in mind also over busy holiday periods.
Yes, all packages are sent with individual tracking number. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24h for it to get active.
Sorry, currently we don't offer express delivery.

The Payment Pages used on our site are secure - you can safely enter your card details to pay for your order.
If you are getting error messages when making a payment, please make sure you have entered all the details correct. You might want to contact your bank to make sure there are no problems with your card.
If you’re still experiencing problems, please contact us and include as much detail you can around the error:
- Error message you are seeing
- A description of the problem
- What payment method you are trying to use
- What products are you trying to purchase
- What internet browser you are using or if you are using our app
- Any other details that could be useful
If your credit/debit card was declined, please check if your card has expired or perhaps your billing address for the card is different from the one you have on file with us.
Your card provider will have more information.
Orders & Returns
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We'll issue the refund to the credit/debit card you have used for your order.
Unfortunately sometimes (rarely) that happens. Don't worry, just contact us and we'll arrange a new delivery.
